It's 2023, and in 2024 -
We're giving back to the Community

At WHAM, we love what we do, but our passion wouldn't exist without our students, parents, guardians and families. We know that families are having to make tough choices in today's economy. However, we don't believe that children & young people's education, health or enrichment should be affected. Which is why we've taken action now to lessen the financial burden...

WHAM Theatre Schools are proud to be able to offer the DfE's Holiday, Activity & Food Schemes (HAF) via our local councils. As an approved provider for Sunderland City Council, Medway Council, and Norfolk County Council, we love being able to offer Performing Arts Activities and a healthy meal to new & existing students during the school holidays.

However,  since the cost of living crisis, so many families are facing challenges, with many parents & guardians having to limit recreational activities for their children. Exercise & physical activity is vital for children & young people's health, as well as educating our students in healthy eating, and adopting a healthy lifestyle.

14th NOVEMBER 2023,
WHAM incorporated the
Not-for-Profit part
of the Network

for 2024

After seeing such amazing results, hard work, and skill from our Young People during the week and in the school holidays, we wanted to step-up and take any action we can to support children, young people and their families to continue to take part in what they love.

Therefore, WHAM Community Entertainment Group C.I.C was incorporated as a separate sector to bid for funding, grants and financial support in order to award as many term-time student scholarships, and training opportunities as we can.
