MISS COURTNEY

Courtney trained at The Brighton Academy graduating with a BA (Hons) Performing Arts in 2021, she also attended Miskin Theatre, Dartford. Since graduating she did a Touring Panto of  ‘Aladdin’ and recently was a Vocalist at Siblu Villages in France for 6 months.

Courtney has always had a big passion for Performing Arts, she attended a local dance school from the age of 3  and later changed to Pauline Quirke Academy (PQA) . She believes going to PQA taught her the foundations of her skills - which is why she loved teaching as she knows how important it can be. Also during her time at PQA she was taught by our WHAM Principal, Mark. From PQA she did gain her first professional credit in London Road (Feature Film).

Courtney has been teaching ages 4 - 18 in musical theatre, drama and singing for 7 years in various different stage schools, and has also lead many workshops in school as well. She loves teaching with games and fun as she believes this is the best way children respond and to learn, also implementing professionalism, technique and performance skills when needed. She is very excited to be a part of the WHAM Team!
