MISS EMILY
​
Emily is a professional dancer who graduated with a degree and diploma in Dance and Theatre Performance from Doreen Bird College of Performing Arts.
She also trained for 6 months at Broadway Dance Centre in New York City. Emily has performed and taught dance all over the world for the past 15 years from Hong Kong to New York, to Australia, Norway and extensively throughout the U.K. Most notably, Emily danced on Good Morning America with Icona Pop and as a backing dancer for Macklemore & Ryan Lewis. She was also the choreographer for a brand new musical- ‘Science! The Musical’ which played in Cambridge. In 2019, Emily’s book Confessions of a dancer was published, which is part memoir/part self help about her life in dance and creating positive mental health.
She is absolutely delighted to have joined the teaching team at WHAM, and is looking forward to creating a happy and positive environment in her classes every week!
